Random Football News 2025

Two of last year's losses were in OT. That 2024 team wasn't all bad all the time.
The Bengals straight up dropped/fumbled 3 TDs in week 1.
The Jets lost on a miracle throw from Brissett to Boutte.
I've been told the Bills game doesn't count.

The only game they won, and had any right winning, was the Bears game. That's it.

The Seahawks game felt like a win.
I dunno. They were up in the 4th with a lot of time left, and Geno Smith lit them up all game, it was just a matter of time, for me. Even if Slye hit the FG, there would have been like 4 minutes left.

Mayo lost that game on the gutless punt on 4th and inches in overtime. To me that game, was the very beginning of the end for him.

Shannon Sharpe is being sued for $50M by a woman accusing him of 5exual assault. She says that she stopped all contact with him after he accidentally livestreamed himself having 5ex with another woman. She says he confronted her, argued with her, then assaulted her.

Good draft.
I've heard from several people the Pats were targeting Higgins at 38 until Caserio took him at 34. I wanted him, too, but I'm also happy with RB Treveyon Henderson for the speed
he brings to our RB room.

We had more holes than they did, so it wasn't a critical loss like it might have been in years past.

Texans did a great job supporting Stroud in the draft. You have to say the Bears have done everything to support Williams as well.

They did.
I think the Pats had one of the top 4 drafts this year. I'm very happy with the players they drafted.
It was a great turnaround from last year's mess.
