How has your afternoon been?

Been at work since noon. Since 1, had soccer on abc, now little league world series. Soccer on nbc, now lacrosse. Also recording and segmenting the bears preseason game for air later. Getting a headache with all the noise and computer screens.

Well I prepped the house for the hurricane then went to a local farm to get corn, took a nap and am now enjoying a cold beer. So better than yours but I hope your headache goes away!

Bears game is over so less "noise" from the tv break coordinator on the speaker phone.

We got home last night from Mass and got up this AM to take the daughter (mini me) back up to MSU. Spent 3 hours assembling the IKEA bed.

Thanks. The drive home from Mass was brutal. I must have had 10 Diet Dews to fight off the sleepy's. The drive home from taking the daughter to school was worse. Always struggle on the ride home. She is my bestie.
I have an only, graduated and has had a job ever since. The drive away from them is always tough

So very tough.

Not so much with the boys, although still no fun. I am a sexist for worrying less about my 6'3" 235 pound son, I know. :coffee:

Leaving the 5 foot nothing daughter is always hard. She is tough as nails and has earned her nickname (Hammer), but she is my baby girl and always will be. 💓
