We have had a visitor on our front porch for the past few weeks in a hanging plant. Plant is now dead, couldn't water it. Morning Doves usually only have one or two eggs per nest. We had one, here is a parent and baby.
We had mourning doves nest on top of the garage door opener inside of the garage. We let them live there. Both eggs hatched and we saw them leave. Nest is still up there.

Freaking squatters have no respect for rights and just leave there shit wherever they feel it necessary with little regard.

Explanation: simple and obvious, eating too much bluegrass.

I kinda feel bad right now as I look at my rat trap.
I warned it for 2 weeks,

I wasn't around when the trap went off, Wifey told me it was screaming.
The dogs alerted her. Garage.

RIP and sorry.

I love my kids but there are times I just want to be by myself alone in quietness. My wife had me purchase a Jeep power wheel. Part of it came yesterday and other today. I put it together and Elizabeth wanted to rude it. It takes 8-12 hours for the initial charge. She won’t stop sitting in it and come inside and then gets all upset when we tell her to come inside. She didn’t take a nap and played a lot so that isn’t happening. Glad they are going to Sarah’s parents tomorrow afternoon. I may go on a 2 hour bike ride.

Recently saw that an 8' 2x4 was 3.42$ at Lowes the other day. Bout time for those wood prices to come back down. I know I paid about 11 bucks for a stud this past spring.

On another front, a contractor in the neighborhood told us that the hurricane season drives up the price for plywood due to everyone covering their windows.

Wife says it the best book she has read in years.
She doesn't usually comment too much on what she reads,
She has her book club for that.

I asked her if it was a chick book and she said NO.

I don't read books. I read football message boards.

I asked hubby if he had heard of this which he had. I haven't and went to search once I saw your post. Interesting.

Why is my five year old upset and crying? Because I opened windows to let fresh air in as it is nice outside. Should I mention how happy I will be when she starts school next week and will be in school 9-2 Monday through Friday?

Finally got the closet doors in my youngest room replaced. They were the sliding bi fold that were installed when the house was built. They have been a pain in the rear for a while now. Had someone put in some french type opening doors. I didn't realize but he put in solid wood doors. Now I want to start replacing every other door with solid wood doors over the cheap doors that are in it. I guess that is my next, ever lasting project. First it was led bulbs that took a few years to replace all incandescent with led.

Not ENTIRELY random as I had been contemplating this delicious refreshment for a while....

I'll have a vodka and diet dew in a large coffee mug on Wolverine Lake.

When I used to drink vodka, that was my drink, except it was all straight shots with a diet Dew chaser. Loved it.

This could be a thread.... "When I drank Vodka...... "

Mine was Absolute Currant in tonic water. Would be drinking with Friends up North and next thing I know the bottle is empty! Can't do that any more... oh to be young.
