Really? Who knew?

No offense, but IMHO, you're only as good as your last game. And we know how that turned out. The O-line needs some serious work.

The O-line was phenomenal all season. I don't think they need much work.

yeah it amazes me that after one bad game the oline is now horrid for some reason. To me it was as much the pats not adjusting and changing up the plays as it was the oline. But on this subject. Im sorry but nobody can take away from what they did last season.

All I have to say, is that BB lost that game on purpose ... I just can't fathom the fact that they lost ... almost no halftime adjustments, since when has BB and his Crew been so full of themselves they make no adjustments? He knew that the majority of the public and the "MEDIA" would asterisk them if they won. By losing, they conveniently had the best season in the history of team sports and lost the championship ridding themselves of the "mark" on the DYNASTY allowing them to "knock on wood" absolutely smash mouth people this year without the idotic questions of them cheating

and by the way, i'm not a PATS hater, just a little theory I've had kickin around in my melon for a little while, it's either that or Asante Samuel can take the blame for the "catch" because he was just standing there watching it all unfold

i've said that all along, Assente had his thumb up his ass, if it was him in coverage and Rodney within 5 yards, Harrison would have knocked that ball out

ABSOLUTELY !!! It took three painfull replays of the entire game for me to finally pinpoint that, i was looking for everything ( i will admit i FF thru the "catch" for the first 2 times because I got physically ill and wanted to go fine a Giants fan, wait for him 2 talk trash, then run hime over for my 200 points ... LOL)

@ very important things left out of this Patriot bias magazine is ...Seems the Patriots they are claiming to be the best "TEAM" in this era not only have the worst defense giving up 17.6 PPG of all the teams mentioned they allso seem to have the worst run game also

Hey Midgar...isn't that funny how they never put the facts 9 of their 16 games were played against these pathetic opponants & look at these 2nd starting QB's they faced !!!

1 -15 - Miami (Cleo Lemon )
1 -15 - Miami (Cleo Lemon)
4 -12 - Jets ( Peddington)
4 -12 - Jets (Clemons)
5 -11 - Ravens (Kyle Boller)
7 - 9 - Bills (Edwards)
7 - 9 - Bills (Edwards)
7 - 9 - Bengals ( Palmer) ***
8 - 8 - Eagles ( AJ Feely)
9 - 7 - Redskins ( Jason Cambell)

44 - 100 - .305 % combined win-loss record in 60% of their games

- The 10+ win teams they beat...They beat them & that's it...Dallas, Colts & Giants could easily have been lost as tough as it was for the pats to win those games..

Chargers - No Pats beat this team after week 5 or playoffs with Thomlinson
Giants - What else can I say 16th seeded NYG led by Eli manning
Browns - No big win...they still have a ways to go
Colts - Tanked the game up by 2 scores with 3:00 left
Steelers - 1 rookie saftey killed the momentum of that game giving up 21 pts
Dallas - Good win..

The Patriots OL were simply completely dominated by a better DL...its that simple...and the Giants did it twice to them putting pressure on Brady...

my oppinion...I think if the Giants defense played all 16 games for the Patriots opponants the way they pressured Brady in both games...the Patriots would have had a 8-8 record at worst and maybe a 10-6 record at best and thats against the 17th ranked Giants defense in giving up points...

a defense that was 29th in average YPC and 32nd in Red Zone defense week 16Again I base this on no offensive run game threat, ...and of course ...How many points Brady can put on the board with the #1 Scoring Offense, The Top 3 WR Core in History, and 3 Proboal Linemen...

Hey DolphLundgren ... my new name for you, since you love bashing the Pats and do everything you can to get under everyones skin, including trying to cement yourself as a top notch Assclown, could you please defend these numbers, pretty pretty please?

Now, I hope you notice the year in which your 72 Dolphins were so fantastic and the "awesome" (and by that I mean laughable) way in which you won ...OWNED[/FONT]

1-15 Dolphins... haha.. that gets funnier every time.

You're saying the schedule was soft, like the 72 Dolphins playing teams with a combined winning percentage of .396?

Or are you saying that the defense was so bad, and the running game sucked so bad that the main reason they won was because of Tom Brady?

BTW, that .396 wasn't me cherry picking pathetic teams, because I didn't have to.. every team the Dolphins played that year was pathetic. Next time add in the teams that weren't pathetic and give us the real combined winning percentage of the opponents, and remember that the 1-15 Dolphins are going to skew that number quite a bit.

Every single time I hear all you whiners & even the frigin national ass kissing "Tom Loving Brady" media actually have the balls to blame that SB loss on Asante Samuels or Harrison plays it fvcking kills me...

- Asante not only jumped as high as he could & couldn't catch that ball but even if he did he would have fell out of bounds..

- Harrisons Job is protecting the middle & he did a damn frigin great job doing it & covering..Tyre made a Moss like catch...and as far as calling it a "Miracle" catch..he caught that with both hands & controled it & 1 hand came off & he held against helmet & hand came right back on ball before he even landed...

Instead of acting like the Patriots would have ... or could have won if not for 1 single play...maybe the game was completely lost because of the dominance the whole game at the line of scrimage stopping Marony to 36 pathetic yards and Pressured Brady every play.

1. 18-1
18-1 is probably one of the most embarrassing records to have in football history. It may be thought that winning 18 games and only losing 1 is a good thing, but when that last game is at the super bowl to a wild card team, it is nothing to brag about.

Do the Giants defensive players all stay healthy in these 16 imaginary games, or did you turn off injuries? Do the Pats get to play all 16 games at 100% or do they get banged up? Please give more info on this wacky little fantasy you're having.

no.. most embarrasing would be 1-15, crying because you're so happy you finally won 1 game all season.. 1 game..

Another embarrasing thing (speaking of 18) is going 18 seasons as the supposed most prolific passer in NFL history and choking the few times you actually make it to the playoffs.

really, Asante Samuel jumped as high as he could to catch "what" ball? please specify, because if you are talking about the "catch", then that was in the middle of the field with rodney harrison making an average defensive play, not spectacular with pre-injury HGH rodney capability and Asante standing there flat-footed with his huge stupid helmet on watching the play unfold, unlike any other defensive player on any other team (other than the 1-15 dolphins who were flat-footed for 15 games) that would have tried to not only knock the ball out of Tyree's hands but wouldn't have cared if they hurt a teamate doing so, because its all about winning. Obviously Dolphlundgren aka Dolphin22 :with:aka Dolph the Clown doesn't know what winning is, just records (kinda like Marino) :donkeys:

I'd say Marino's career is the most embarassing since he's considered the standard of choke. ROFL
