Reputation Bling

I've read the FAQ pages about reputation, but they don't seem to explain what, exactly, the indicators mean. I've even tried Googling "vBulletin reputation indicator," but that turned up nothing useful.

For example, does anyone have a guide that shows what the (gold/silver/bronze?) reputation medals mean?
