I always liked Thompkins. BB jettisoned him when it was Aaron Dobson all along who should have been canned.

I just loved how sick Aikman sounded when the Patriots did it yet again!

That was a good Sunday. I watched the Patriots win on a tv at Fenway Park, then watched David Ortiz, live, smack the tying grand-slam in the 8th inning. Then the Sox won in the 9th, to tie the ALCS 1-1

This game winning drive and the drive against the Cowboys in 2011 are etched in my mind for some reason.

I was also a big Thompkins fan. For a raw undrafted FA he was much better than 2nd round bust Aaron Dobson.
