Since we have all been so impressed with Seabass' performance, I thought it might be interesting to revisit some of his pre-draft workout videos. Seeing a guy with such athletic ability for such a huge, and relatively lean build, going through these drills, it is amazing that more people were not aware of this guy and how high he might go. The agility is solid, but it's the punch power that is amazing. At the 3:40+ mark you can see he's very tired the punches just before and just after make those seem very weak.

Then you realize that those at the 3:40+ mark are what normal OL punches look like when they land.

The part in the last video where he says it looks like he's been beat but he actually threw guy past the QB is exactly what he did to Freeney a few times. At first I was like oh shit he's beat then Freeney is suddenly 4-5 yards past Brady. And his English is pretty damn good too!

Yes, his punch stands out when you focus on him in games, he rocks DL back on their heels with just his punch, they redirect rather easily at that point.

so far, this draft looks like a winner, and SeaBass is clearly the shiniest diamond of the harvest.
