God, I hate this team.

"I don't know. There's a reason why they're fans. Everybody can say what they think that we should be doing. In the long end, they're not qualified to do what Mayo is doing, or whatever the Pats are doing. The fans, I appreciate them at times, but sometimes they just have to know their place and just understand that it's a work in progress.
 
Great leadership by mayo getting his players to keep their fucking mouths shut. say that for bill, these guys wouldn't be chirping like that and sure didn't last year.
People whose salaries are paid by other people should not be bitching about that publicly it's just as gross as when government people bitch about taxpayers.
 
I don't know that I really have a huge problem with his comments.

He has to actually work in this environment and that must be awful. Mayo is his coach and whether he truly believes in him or not, that is outside of his control. In terms of his Detroit example, I know I would need something to motivate me under the circumstances and (whether you believe it could ever play out in reality or not), I like the idea that even a single player on this team is thinking about the fact they could be a part of a team that rises from rock bottom to legit contender.

That being said, this team shares too much with the press. "We just have to keep putting in the work" would have sufficed here.

What he simply should have said was, "well, we haven't given the fans much to cheer about so we understand their frustration and we have to do better".
 
Angry emote not at Undertaker, obv. Tavai isn't good enough to call anybody out, fan or team mates.

I mean, we, as fans, could all go out there and lose games in an embarrassing manner just like they are. So I think we are qualified to do what they do.

Ok, now this was foolish on his part.
 
What a clown. Soft as fuck. If the head coach had any control or influence on the team, this wouldn't be happening and/or he'd be cut.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's not wearing a "C" on his jersey against the Bills.

We support what we see, based on what we see
If you watch something for 16 weeks and It's getting worse do you support that ?
His analogy to the Lions was "just wait 4 years" (Lions sucked forever now they're good)
The Patriots prior regime had 18 years of success in 20 years (Roughly) and you expect the fans to be patient.
Many Fans myself Included thought this team "bottomed out" last year,
Now I'm hoping It was this year and, Praying It's not next year .
Hope is eternal, but confidence in this management team is at about all time low
