BB would have had that guy on lockdown, hitting the waiver wire on Monday.
But RK thought Bill had too much control so he brought in someone with no control over anything.

Pretty sure afailius was gone at the end of the season that he said that thing about the jetsons and just flying. Hell bill loved Randy moss and he got rid of him after 2009 probably partially due to his attitude.
This fucking fool wouldn't have said this shit if bill were there. I can't even count the amount of players on one hand that said this kind of shit when bill was there.

Vrabel wouldn’t put up with this $hit either. I know there is mixed feelings on Vrabel but short of BB or Parcells coming back, he is an established name that would have weight day 1

mayo should bench him for the game but sure he won’t

If these comments get us one step closer to Mayo getting fired I’m all for it.

Realistically even with a good HC the team was going to suck this year. If you’re gonna suck you may as well get the number one pick. It’s better to expose Mayo now rather than 3 years into Mayes career. Hopefully Kraft makes the right decision.

I was fine with giving Mayo a shot but I think it's over. I hope we move on this off-season.

I think Tavai is hoping that Mayo gives out "participation trophy's" after tomorrows game

I must have been the only one who thought that Mayo was going to be a mistake…🤔

Not once did I think Mayo was legit.

Chuck Fairbanks, Ron Meyer, and Raymond Berry are not walking through that door.

No, why would you think you're the only one?
Almost everyone here and other Pats forums have said that they were in favor of the hiring of Mayo and gave him their “blessing”? I never once agreed to this mindset.

Maybe a rare few weren’t in favor with that too? I guess it’s possible…🤷‍♂️

I think you're conflating that people were resigned to him being coach - since it was written in his contract, so there was no other choice, rather than it being their ACTUAL first choice.

the biggest difference between BB and Mayo

If you know, you know (IYKYK)

If you don't know, you know, you get (IYDKYKYG)

i hope all these anti bill people understand exactly what he brought to the table beyond coaching itself. Watching inside the NFL with him on it is so great not just because I like hearing his opinions on things but also since 2 of the guys on the show played for bill you get to hear some of the little back stories that show what a truly great leader he was as a coach. for one in the first episode Chris long mentioned how bill would sit in the shitty airplane seats and let the players go in first class. long also mentioned how bill paid him his incentives even though he didn't hit them. I've always said that how bill handles the media protected his players and that's something that the bill haters also overlook. those are the kinds of things that should make the players really glad to play for him. I'm sure he was tough as shit but he also took care of his guys in important ways and put himself second. that's leadership.
