Should have another 400 plus stage hand check in two weeks.

For Sean - Store bought sauce and salsa has off flavors or lacks flavor. Always warm your soft taco in a little of the fat from the meat you are using always make fresh sauce and salsa.
I never use taco shells.
It's easy.
