Edit to Add:
U.S. Department of the Interior’s National Park Service at the Cape Cod National Seashore had earmarked a vacation house for White House VIPs on a gentle bluff overlooking the Great Outer Beach in Eastham. It was officially designated by the Seashore as “E-187,” while the locals always referred to it as the Bartlett Place as its last occupant was H. Craigin Bartlett, who sold it to the feds in 1964.
