Decorah news on Wingsday 
From Raptor Resource Project on September 8th:
"We've started cam work in Decorah! We'll spend the next three weeks or so cleaning and replacing cams and checking out our nests. We'll be sure to get some photos so everyone can see what we are doing!"

It's the Mission Mountains between Flathead Lake and Missoula, MT. The image is real. I cut out the negative space and flipped the image 180 degrees and also flipped it from right to left.
So, it's my interpretation of the Mission Mountains I guess?
