Going to call today good news Friday. From 12/31 to 3/31 I have lost 6 pounds. My blood pressure has been good enough to drop a medicine in half (also help increase my heart rate that stays in the 50’s normally). My goal is to get to where I was in 2015 by this summer, I’m ten pounds away.

I also walked a total of 24 miles this month not including normal walking, just exercise walking. Short of both goals o set but progress is progress. First goal was 2 miles a day average, I knew I wasn’t hitting that so I decreased to a mile. Only missed by six miles. I had times where illness and life got in the way though.
