This is really close, but to me, less is more - I think the original version goes on a little too long and is a little too self-indulgent. And although Jan Akkerman (lead guitarist for Focus) is one of my favorites, he is equalled here by Gary Hoey.

The original is pretty damn good. But the cover has a certain je ne sais quoi quality.

Cover: The Dedbeats





It takes some major cojones to cover an Alan Parsons song. This may not be better, but it's very well done.
