The Epic Rants thread

What really bothers me is seeing someone tearing through a parking lot at full speed with little regard for pedestrians, then seeing that person get of their car, bury their nose in their phone, and having that person stroll through the lot ignoring all the moving cars around them. :mad1:

Is that enough of a rant, or should this post be in the pet peeves thread?
Aren’t they related?

Half of his rant just sounds like generic boomer shit. But the 'I shouldn't need to give my email to my coffee maker' is spot fucking on. (Old school Mr. Coffee with only the on-off switch for me).

Also, disable One Drive, unless you really have no storage of your own.
How do you disable One Drive? It drives me crazy!!

I'm far from a luddite. I really like technology and it has a lot of really great applications that have made things better and easier .but I don't think we should be forced into using it in order to participate in the economy. And those places are not appliances and in many cases not automobiles.
I had the same washer and dryer for like 25 yeand now I've gone through 3 washing machines because they have these stupid freaking circuit board goes you're screwed it's like hundreds of dollars and it's like oh well I'm like 3/4 of the way to a new washing machine, I'll just get a new one .I'm sure that's the goal .the next one I buy is gonna be a plain old dial washing machine with no circuit boards in it and an agitator. If you can even get such a thing anymore.
I'm sorry to Rant,
I'm a man of few words but WHY .......?
(Rant Over)

Soak your computer in gasoline, then take a sledge hammer, a Bic lighter, and your computer to the middle of the Mystic River Bridge.

Strike the computer several times with the sledge, light it on fire, let it burn for a couple of minutes, and then use the sledge hammer to push it off the bridge.

That should prevent your computer from accessing One Drive.

You can go into your settings and disable it. In windows 7 you can actually delete it completely, but it's too interconnected with everything to do it safely now.
thank you!
