It looks like the Royal sprinkler systems are not working.
Scottie is off to a good start. He is -4 which makes him the leader on the Royal Leaderboard.

Edit: Scottie just Royaly fucked up and is now tied with others at -3 on the Royal Leaderboard.

Im and Brown in the clubhouse -4.

I will probably have The Open on all day.

Then I have league play after work. After excellent rounds the past 2 weeks my partner and I are climbing the standings.(4/14)
 
I happened to play one of my best rounds yesterday at a tough course that I will call "Royal Pines".
Cuts have been made at the Open, now it's time to get down to business.

He did get the 2 stroke penalty.
He claimed that the grass was accidently flattened when he and his caddie did a rain dance due to the dry conditions on the Royal golf course.
That is allowed on the LIV tour according to his Saudi benefactor.

Actually, he shouldn't have taken the two stroke penalty. He should have shut up, not gotten it, and stayed in the 2 slot on the board, :shake:
 
Today is The Open final round with Sam Burns in the lead at Royal Birkdale. I would like to see Sam win it all. He's an American and he's not LIV.
I always get Sam Burns and Cam Young mixed up.

Scotties putter is fucking with his head keeping his caddie below the life style that he has become accustomed.

My league is having our annual Ryder Cup event today. The league is divided into two teams and plays one on one match play.

Winning team gets steak. Losers get hot dogs.

Sounds like fun, as long as one teams fans don't sing that Oli song. :D
Hopefully the weather will be as great there as it is here.

I'm about to make a tee time for tomorrow.
 
My wife is out with her girlfriends golfing for the second time this week. She recently put her driver away and pulled a 20- year-old Cleveland Launcher (that I played with for 10 years) out of an old bag in the garage and put it into her own. She claims she's 50% longer off the tee. And here's the weird part: she said it as if the set of women's clubs I got her for Christmas a couple years ago were holding her back. She said it almost like a guy. This golf thing with her has gotten out of control, lol. :blink: :rolleyes::D
