I survived a long weekend of golf with 54 holes played. Saturday afternoon was a four man scramble. We won our flight no thanks to me. This golf tournament includes all the beer you can drink with your entry. Needless to say, my 21 year old nephew was in no shape to play the 2 man scramble on Sunday morning so I had to step up to the plate. I wasn't feeling the greatest myself but I made it through. My partner and I won our flight. I started feeling a change in my game after the front nine and actually started hitting some decent shots. Sunday afternoon was stroke play. I always play in this one even though I know there is no chance of me winning anything. I was playing very well (by my standards) and made it a point to not pay any attention to the score card. I was very confident that I finally hit that coveted 99 when I turned in the score card. But then the tournament director entered the score. 102

I know it's going to happen but I always wanted it to be at this tournament.
