What do you want the Jets to do at QB? There was some scuttle of trading for Brissett but not sure the Commanders would trade him. Also, how about Cousins? He is on the last year of this contract with the Vikes who are going nowhere this year. Not sure if you have the cap for Cousins.

"After surgery, the ankle will be immobilized for a period of time followed by a lengthy recovery involving range of motion and eventually strengthening that will likely take nine months to a year."

Without knowing an exact date for Rodgers' procedure, the injury occurring on Sept. 11, 2023, would mean that the recovery process will take Rodgers somewhere between June and September of 2024. It is worth noting that Rodgers will turn 40 in December, making age a potential factor impacting his recovery.

Wow I spend 3+ weeks in a hospital and stop in to find this kind of nonsense. Come on folks ease it back a bit trust me there are far more important things in the world.

I’m guessing they try to bring somebody in as a backup but right now, they don’t have any choice but to get behind Wilson. It’s not like there’s a bunch of solid QBs available out there.
