Sorry to hear this BT. Unfortunately, when we reach a certain age group losing friends become more common. There are 4 guys that I used to play golf with. Three are no longer with us and the 4th has bad health problems.
When people ask me to play, I tell them that I'm bad luck to play with.:)
It's hard to lose good friends because real friends are hard to find. I still miss them and think about them a lot. It's just part of living.

LOL. We've reached that certain age all right. When I go looking for actors, musicians politicians, anyone, etc. When I find them they're usually six feet under. I joke , of course, because what else can you do.

It can happen at any age my baby brother was 13 when I had my eldest son ..... he passed away almost 6 years now..... Life should be celebrated and enjoyed always. Death should be mourned but the life of those we love should be remembered always. Hope all are forever young always no matter what.
