I'm gonna put this here because it's part of the Super Bowl show. I'm watching good morning football and they have drew brees and gronk on. they say drew brees and gronk are there in New Orleans on behalf of.... bounty. you can't make this shit up. He's doing a commercial for bounty?? I kind of like it if it's a big in your face to Roger Goodell though.🤣

Gronk whoring himself to anyone that'll pay - almost Shaq-esque at this point - is kinda disappointing honestly. not going to fault anyone for cashing in considering the toll football took on his body, but those USAA ads in particular are painful.

The "tastefully named Gregg Williams..." Anyone else miss TMQB? He was way ahead of his time. "Boom goes the punt, and click goes the autotext. Why are you punting?"

"cold coach=victory". Yup that's exactly what I was going for was TMQB. I liked him at first but he started getting way too rote on a bunch of stuff and also his puerile obsession with cheerleaders was just really off-putting after a while.
I also missed that website cold hard football facts . they used to write epic articles about peypey being a choker. and the forum was pretty cool. I remember the best article was "Peyton Manning the Picasso of choke artists".

Those were all great, but they tend to wear thin over time. Enjoy them when they are at their peak but realize time marches on… except beer. Beer always good. :toast:

I was speaking to a zoomer friend of mine last night, about what an actual complete failure it was for those loaded Colts teams to win exactly one whole Super Bowl. (We were discussing why Reggie Wayne didn't get into the Hall of Fame)
