When our kids were born, we went with cloth, although many of our friends chose disposables.

I've wore a gaiter probably...5 times MAX. Most of the places that I go don't make a big deal out of it.

When Anne was borne, back when I was totally Boston Tim. we lived on Marlboro Street dead in the heart of the Back Bay. We also opted for the cloth and the big "Didee Service" truck.

I swear we got some looks. We are pretty sure the Back Bay elite were appalled.
