The no PI call on that Cooks 3rd down is yet another factor in why ratings are down a bunch. People don't want their football to be pro wrestling. If a guy (usually a Seahawk) is grabbing the receiver then it should be called 100 times out of 100. Make them stop cheating so we can watch an actual football game.

People bet money on games and fantasy football. They expect the referees to call cheating when it happens.
