Of course he did. It was arguably the dumbest trade in modern cap history. Somehow, your team, the dumbest franchise in all of sports, managed to pull it off.

Jamal Adams is terrible in coverage and NY could only use him off the edge, to blitz and within a 10 yard box towards the line of scrimmage. He has horrible lateral movement, no range at all and scored a 13 on his Wonderlic, which means he shouldn't be a Safety, because he's dumb.

Only the Jets would take a middling Rover in the top 15 of a draft.

But, you're right. Heck of a theft. All it takes is one dumb trading partner. I thought if you got a high 2nd or late Rd 1st, it would be good value knowing what he thought of himself contract-wise.

It basically sank Schneider and Carroll in Seattle. They're finished.
