They should focus on being embarrassed that their team mailed it in instead. It wasn't like Pats were running a 2 minute drill at the end of the game. The Jets were just asking to get scored on. Repeatedly.
Not to mention this is a team that was struggling, and finally put forth a complete performance. You mean to tell me you gotta tell them to lay off the gas because the opposing coaches will take exception? This isn't peewee football.
For the people that say "it was just the Jets", BB seemed pretty happy with that.

Damn right he was. Anytime he sees them fighting for everything, no matter who the opposition is, he's happy.

I think it was John Madden that said it: "if you don't want us to run up the score, try playing some defense".
If Belichick could play the Jets every game, he'd go like 15-2 every year.
