My husband and are young dead heads lol …. Marshall Tucker , purple riders … good grief then we went in different directions in music
I painted the turtles from Terrapin station on my glove box… I’m not gonna lie the Doors were my favorite band when I was way younger… then I grew up lol

Similar taste in music when I was younger. And I think I'm significantly younger than you. I was the youngest of seven, and influenced heavily by much older siblings. Born in 1977, my favorite bands were the Dead, the Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Van Morrison...

Doors have some badass tunes. Jim Morrison had a great voice.

Coincidence: LW#5 (16) just showed me a list of music t-shirts he wanted from Amazon. The Zeppelin symbols, the dark side prism, Bob Marley from Legend, Morrison Hotel, and Cake's Fashion Nugget.

The good news is that he has great taste in music. The better news is that when I explained that at least three of those shirts would basically be telling the world that he really, really likes to do drugs, he looked alarmed and said that's the last thing he wants to do.

I choose to be optimistic about this.

Hubby and I are going on 44 years married but … we’ve known each other since we were 16 ….. so ugh do the math … he’s still the one ….our wedding song… I wouldn’t change a darn thing and I am so astounded by you and your family …. I’m amazed
I wish I could have gone in your direction kiddo wise but I was drawn in a different direction.
