What's for dinner?

In this thread I figure we can discuss what we're making for dinner, maybe you'll get some meal ideas, if something sounds delicious ask for the recipe, or if you've got something which is solid gold feel free to just share the recipe, and regardless we can all make each other hungry :toast:

Tonight I'm making Carolina style pulled chicken sliders with pickles and various sauces. I'm accompanying that with a grilled corn, tomato and basil salad. Pretty basic but it should be delicious, and since the slow cooker will be involved I'll have the smell of the chicken cooking to tempt me all day long.

I have so many recipes. ;)

Try not to do a full pull on the carpet...your wife will be pissed. :coffee:

It was going to be burgers but there's a boat load of chinese in our fridge at the office from a party for a departed employee that I will be taking home :D

Last night I made breaded chicken strips with gravy and sweet potato fries. It was amazing...I put cajun spice on them.

Baked. I put coconut oil on the pan first. Also put butter on the filet strips in the middle of the session. I made sure that they were still juicy.

But what do you bread them in? :coffee:

Cheers

Digging up an older thread because tonight we did a thing.

A bacon weave with ground sausage, a little spaghetti sauce, and cut up pepperoni

Add cheese

Roll it up

Smoke for 3. 5 hours and done

And the money shot complete with smoke ring

UT that looks amazing, and epic! I assume it smelled and tasted as good as it looks?

Made shrimp tacos today, marinated in a honey adobo sauce, with some cabbage dressed in lime and Berbere, fresh jalapeño slices, and queso fresco. Simple but delightful, didn’t bother with any sides.
