That’s funny when my oldest granddaughter went to kindergarten and gave me a hard time getting out of the car and walking down the sidewalk.... I would start singing it and dancing down the sidewalk with her...all the parents would join in it worked like a charm. The kids went in without an argument lol. My granddaughter hates that song until this day. I remind her someday when she has a kindergartener she may break out Shut up and dance with me,

Yesterday we celebrated my eldest granddaughters 13 th bday... my cancer survivor she still has no idea how amazing she is and her circle of friends are. Her friends from a decade of moves all came it was amazing. And before presents and cake we did our shut up and dance with me and all her friends joined in. Her most amazing friend’s family is from Cambodia her parents sat in our driveway we invited them in and they said no but they are amazing how much they want their daughter to experience life here in the US. There’s Hope just saying.

I guess this a hurricane watch, perhaps to soon to be labled a warning (though I'm no expert on the exact difference), But it appears that at 8: 30 on the 27th of September, that hurricane Ian, now class III and still gaining strength, is headed straight at TompaBoy.
