If there was any 1 that could possibly win over public opinion against the other 31 and the NFL front office I think Brady with the Kraft and the rest of the Pats behind him has the best shot. The integrity of the game vs. this new age laywer and money based bullshit of a league.

So did the Commish hear Brady's appeal himself so that the courts would have something quick and simple to throw the punishment away on thus avoiding any exposure of nastiness?

Maybe he is just a realist and knows that the rest of the league thinks the Pats need to be handicapped for the rest to have a chance and Kraft knows he won't be able to fight the other 31 and be at a better place in the end of the struggle.
