    Movie Recommendations

I have heard that 50/50 is incredibly good and nothing like the previews....apparently Seth Rogan plays a minor role in the movie. I saw Real Steel - that was a just a fun guy movie I saw Big Year - kind of meh, but enjoyable.

Funniest Scene From A Movie or TV Show

The funnies sequence in any movie that I have seen has to be in Christmas Vacation when Clark gets the "bonus check" at the end. Here is the extended version: <object width="425" height="344"> <embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/CJ3Ts8ESrX8&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"...

Cheap Shot of the Decade: Dante Wesley on Clifton Smith

How the hell would I go about finding citations for what amounts to a maybe 2 plays a year. Hey, maybe its once ever 2 years - the point doesn't change - this has happend in the past - you are telling me you have never seen this happen? An over zealous gunner takes a nice shot to early?

Cheap Shot of the Decade: Dante Wesley on Clifton Smith

An earlier response said that he had called a fair catch - i was pointing out the inaccuracy. Again - this happens a handful of times every NFL season - Returner getting crunched before he catch's the ball - yet I have never heard ANYONE call for the guys head... What makes this one so offensive?

Cheap Shot of the Decade: Dante Wesley on Clifton Smith

A.) I did see the play - many many times. B.) A fair catch was NOT called C.) this hit isn't even as bad as Lewis's hit on Ochocinco last week (in which Ray Ray lead with his helmet and hit Chad's head). And he only got a fine of $25k. Would you people please get off your high horses? A life...

Cheap Shot of the Decade: Dante Wesley on Clifton Smith

He lead with his shoulder on a hit in the Smith's chest...other than being early and launching...I don't see why this is so controversial.

If you could pick any former Patriot

It may sound silly, but I think Antowain Smith would be a perfect running back for this team as well. Decisive, down hill runner who hit the hole hard and got tons of tough yards after contact. Good pass catcher too. I think he would be a perfect compliment for this team.

If you could pick any former Patriot

no love for Curtis Martin or Vincent Brown, huh?

If you could pick any former Patriot

I'd take a couple of players: Curtis Martin - as consistent as any player the Patriots have had at this position - great runner - great in the passing game as well - huge leader Andre Tippett - Need that pass rusher off the edge now more than ever Vincent Brown - Incredible force as a MLB...

Where were YOU when Pedro wasn't pulled? Plus, let's go all the way back.....to 2003!

I was in my college dorm room - my buddy was out - It was just me chillin' watching the game. Now, I am not a huge redsox fan, but I was watching because it was sox/yanks and how can you NOT watch. So, boone hits the HR and I kind of just chuckled to myself and said "Well, that figures". This...

Pats Superbowl XXXI starter dead at 39 - Pio Sagapolutele...

I was only 15 at the time, But I remember Pio! He wore #75 and was on the DL with Mark Wheeler - damn that brings back some memories! That was a good defense for the patriots! Chris Slade on the outside with Todd Collins and a healthy best of Ted Johnson in the middle. Willie Clay...

The Watchmen ***WARNING thread contains spoilers***

No, it isn't like that at all. She picked out 3 minutes out of a 3 hour movie. The rape scene isn't extremely graphic. The chick super-punches the guy, he smacks her around then bends her over a pool table..starts to unbuckle his pants before another guy comes in and stops him. The sex scene...
