    A question for Steeler fans

Contain the Steelers running game. Don't allow Faneca to create holes the size of Manning's forehead for Bettis and Staley to run through. Make Roethlisberger beat us through the air, with a dinky thumb (?) and the elements. Establish our own running game.

Great team shame about the Fans

Excuse me, sir. But sell-outs every game - pre-season included - since 1994 also says something. The Pats weren't exactly winning then either. What were the Pats records from 1997-2000? All sell-outs. And now they have the most expensive average ticket price in the NFL. Look at the Red Sox...

Jealousy reaches new heights. (good stuff inside)

That's the price of success, especially when the team completes a Cinderella story in 2001/2002 Same thing would happen with any other team. In any other sport.

Dan Patrick: Steelers Should Win This Game

The point still stands, though. The Pats will have to kill the Steelers running game. The Steelers will have a fresh Bettis and fresh Staley for the enitre game, it seems. That said, every time the Pats needed to kill off a running game recently, somehow they did it. We've seen both backs...

This is what we're up against this week as far as fans go.....

I love it. I'm from Europe and have visited hundreds of (away) games of my favorite football (guess you'd call it soccer) teams there. It's good to see there are teams in the US whose fans seem to understand that 'fan' is short for 'fanatic'. In my eyes, playing the Steelers at Ketchup Park...

    From the Indy Board

That might have been the best post this year at that Indy site... ;-) I have no trouble taunting players during the game whatsoever. "Cut That Meat", "BALCO!" or "Where's Roger?" are all quite innocent chants. As soon as you cross the line and start talking smack about a player's dead born...
