Did anyone else hear this on the pre-game show Sat night? Cowher was talking about Romo's vacation w/Jessica Simpson and said something to the effect of "People are making too big a deal out of this...the guy had a chance to get off. Marino was trying not to crack up, & it looked like Cowher...

They just said Shockey broke his tibea (or was if fibula?)...anyway, he's done for the season for sure. The Giants are just gonna get slaughtered if they manage to limp into the playoffs. Edit: I f*cking spelled Shockey wrong. Goddamn it. Drinking all day.

It has come up in another thread that we would lose a space in the draft were we to go ahead and win the Super Bowl. It seems to me that by virtue of lower draft position, it is only a matter of time before all of this winning hurts our ability to contend in the future. It is for this reason -...
