Just announced, that was fast, November till January. The scandal got rid of him slower that death.

Sad, we will never know what he knew and his level of participation in the cover up.

Seems somehow fitting in all of this that his death would turn into a fiasco, with two news organizations declaring him dead before he was dead, then having to retract their stories.

I don't know what Joe knew.
He was a brilliant story. And a Shakesperian tradgedy. I don't know what exactly his fatal flaw was. Skewed devotion to his program or an inherent evil or both.
But, but for this horrible revelation, we would today be mourning the passing of one of the Greatest coaches, and most influential men in the history of American sports.
Joe, I pray that God in his infallible judgement finds you worthy to rest in peace. It's his judgement now.
