They are replaying the game in it's entirety. It's awesome. Catch it if you can, especially if you were not around in those days (1981). You'll see a drastically different game. You'll see power sweeps, split backs, Montana before he became "Montana", Danny White-starting QB & Punter for Dallas, (I'd forgotten that), a heavier reliance on the run game than you see today, plus a host of stars: Landry, Dorcett, Springs, Walls, Donnelly, Waters, Bruenig, Rafferty, Jones, Hill, Pearson, Dutton, White, Martin, Downs & Thurmon for Dallas & Walsh, Montana, Clark, Dean, Cross, Freddie Solomon, Stuckey, Turner, Charlie Young for the Niners.

What a game.

We could learn alot from what they did successfully back then. Power Sweep, Maroney to the left side...instead of running him up the middle for no gain on 2nd and 6.

It's been a long time since I've seen a true Power sweep in the NFL. A long time.

The Niners iced the game on a Stuckey recovery of a Danny White fumble which today would be reviewed & given back to Dallas under the infamous "tuck rule" IMO. Interesting.
