Tee Higgins

I agree that Allen’s time is near. He’s also too expensive and won’t play a full season.
Great route runners are almost like great 3 point shooters in the NBA though. They tend to age well. When Allen is in the field he’s still going to be very effective.

Personally I’d rather try to draft the next Higgens with 34 than trade for him.

I mean, you don't have to worry about it, the Bears already did. For a 4th round pick. Our 4th round pick was 8 slots higher, but hey, gotta keep that powder dry.

And Montana still needed Rice and also Roger Craig to do a lot of the yard yards and take the burden off.
I don't think that's in question, where and how you get those wrs is. I just think that if you're going to take the shot at franchise QB with the 3rd overall pick, you are only helping your odds of success by having at least one established and legitimate offensive weapon. Maybe they fully intend to, its too early to see the entire picture yet, but I would hope that as an organization they've learned from the mistakes they made with Jones. That's not to say I believe Jones would have been great because I don't, but it would also be hard to deny that he wouldn't have been better with better players around him.

Josh Allen wasn't great until Stephon Diggs

Tua was a borderline starter until Tyreek Hill

Would Purdy be good without Aiyuk, Deebo and McCaffrey?

Build a team around a QB or drop a QB onto a good team. Teams have done it both ways with success.
only goals Tyreek will be hitting this year is staying out of Jail.

Romeo Doubs was a 4th round pick
