Island of Misfit Toys -- Adolipher Suh will serve all of her two-year suspension after her appeal to the North Pole was denied.
Suh was suspended for 2 Christmases after stomping the head of Charlie-In-The-Box during the annual performance of "Island of Misfit Toys".
Santa Clause heard Suh's appeal by conference call Thursday and met with the Council of Elves before issuing his decision on Friday afternoon.
"We respect the disciplinary process," Lions president Moonracer said in a released statement. "Obviously, today's ruling does not impact our preparations for Christmas Eve. We remain exclusively focused on Rudolph's return with Santa."
Suh will be ineligible for adoption, and will remain exiled on the Island of Misfit Toys for the next 2 Christmas seasons. She is eligible to be reinstated Dec. 24, 2013 and cannot appear on televised Rudolph broadcasts during the suspension.
Suh is the second misfit toy to be suspended during the reign of Moonracer. The first, Squirtgun-That-Shoots-Jelly, got three years for spewing acid into the left eye of Ostrich Riding Cowboy Tony Romo in 2007.
