I think a second round pick was a reach, but if you can use that pick to get a better player than you could have drafted (which "could" be true) it makes sense...at least to me.

Maybe, but the Pats put a premium on versatility and I think this guy will get better, look what he did on a bad Finns offense...

Troy Brown started out as near to a non-threat for other teams as any player can get. Look at what he has done for us.

Welker joins the Pats as a known-threat, with years left to play. Watch what he does for us.

Green has had a couple of serious injuries in his career (is he gun-shy now?) and is in his declining years. Watch what he doesn't do for Miami or whoever he does sign with.

But, as a at: fan, I'd much rather see Culpepper as the Phins #1 QB.
