So I am going to have many items on the menu tomorrow, but keeping with my SB tradition of devouring my enemy, I am smoking a coho salmon for the occasion.
 
I had a Greek Style Pizza
Ripe tomato, onion, green pepper, feta,
hot peppers, greek Kalamata olives w/ oregano & olive oil


It was freaking awesome
