MCL sprain...wear a knee brace and play.

Bone bruise...wear a knee brace, take nsaids and play.

Took a helmet crown on my right shin in HS. Severe bone bruise (contusion).

Immensely painful. I was on crutches for a couple of weeks.

Bone bruises suck ass! I've had a few on my forearms from handling drill stem pipe in the oil field. In the winter it makes things even more painful...and if you want to keep getting paid, you have to keep working with the condition.
