Hm. I'm only a few episodes in and I don't find it all that bad. Season 3 (with Jimmy Smits) was a stinker, IMO.

Actually it's almost the same angle they went with last season. They should have learned from the third season that it just isn't a good idea. I won't go into detail to not spoil it, but yeah, I think it falls in line with season three if you ask me.
