Quick Question for Season Ticket Holders

I have an opportunity to buy 5 tix to the Monday Night game against the Cheifs from someone who says they're a season ticket holder.

How are the season tix delivered? Are they physical tix, online tix or both. And is there any color coding for sections?

Any info or advice before I drop 800 bucks?

Mobile tickets only. I log into my account via the Gillette Stadium app. Can’t say for sure how it works for resales, but I think they are transferred to a cell phone number. No idea what they mean by color coded sections. If you attached something, I’m not seeing it.
