I think that I won all 4 game that I bet. But, why do I get back less than what I bet? And who gets the difference? UT? Some political party? The mafia?

I've never actually bet using this system, but I would think you should get back what you bet+around 90% (assuming most bets lines are around -110) As I'm posting these on real betting lines, the %10 difference would be going to the bookie for running the game.
