I just received this email. I will scan for irregularities in my credit report, but does this seem like an identity theft thing? If someone hacked my info., I can't figure out how it would benefit them to give my email address to a ride sharing service in Ghana.

They also sent me a follow up email a couple days later. It could just be that someone with a similar gmail address to me miskeyed their address. There's a link in the 2nd email that I could click on to "pick up where I left off" and complete my application which could possibly show me what was entered. But, I'm not going to click on anything from them.

Spam advertising at best. Don't bite

I know not to bite. My work gave me a Lifelock subscription because they said that they were hacked or something and that my information had been compromised. Then I got this, so I wondered if it was related, but I don't see how someone would be using my data to benefit them for this. It's just a junk email, I guess.
