I'm very familiar with Hindley Street in Adelaide. There's a great dumplings shop on that street - Hindley Dumplings. We would go there frequently for their laksa soup with dumplings. Delicious.

Oh, and I very much enjoyed the cover - nice addition to the thread.
 
Well, if you grade on the curve, since the kid is 10 years old, yeah, better than the original.

 
We went to a free concert on Friday night where the band, Rose's Pawn Shop, did a brilliant version of Dylan's Knockin' On Heaven's Door. My favorite of the those I've linked to below is the one done by Pete Carr.
