He absolutely should have been fined. $26K seems excessive, but there's no doubt he deserved a fine for that hit. Lucky he wasn't flagged on the field.

I know people are giving out that it's less than the Bronco's fines and there's a point there but it's a bad hit. He deliberately went in and raised his shoulder into that dude's face.
