Nice job sprocket. I'll give you some rep when I am not on this stupid phone.
All of these settings are very customizable and I remember when I set it up that I wanted to have it very large scale so that no one would approach max rep too quickly.
Everyone has varying levels of rep power too, meaning when you give rep, how much you actually give. The power is determined by your rep, how many posts you have, and how long you have been a member.
