I did, Baker actually caught the ball instead of having the dropsies. Will take more than one game to prove that he can do so consistently however.

After Watson made a terrific diving catch to convert a 2nd and 10 on the game winning drive against Baltimore in 2007, Torico referrenced a stat that Watson was 19/19 in passes from Brady down the middle of the field. Watson also caught overall more than 70% of his passes that season.

I'm not saying he is the second coming of Ben Coates, just saying he might be better than people say.

All that said, if it comes down to Watson and Thomas, I have a feeling that Thomas' ability to play as a FB will win him the spot.
