Actually, I wonder if Jon Lester will bring the trophy up here to Western Washington- he's from a town called Puyallup, which is about 10 miles east of where I am... I'd go see the trophy, that'd be awesome as hell. Nice game the kid threw.

I am just so concerned... Last time the Red Sox did that, their parade was bigger than the Patriots parade, the Patriots got into a funk, went to play a pretty good Steelers team in Pittsburgh, and got a 21 game winning streak going. The Pittsburgh fans have been arrogant and pretentious ever since.

With the Colts game coming up, I don't think the Sox should have risked a repeat of that incident. How dare they put a regular season NFL football game at risk?

Congrats to the Red Sox and their fans. I watched the playoffs here at work this year. Gotta admit it was kinda fun. Haven't watched baseball since 86, but this team kinda caught my attention.
