Crashing laptop

Did you forget that it wasn't a "touch" screen?

Actually, I did drop it. The keyboard problem didn't start immediately after that and I was thinking of the blue screen messages from before, but guess it's likely that the drop loosened something that's making a few of the keys fail. What's weird is that they're fine for a couple days and then stop working again.

... this seems to have started after I viewed some videos that are umm - questionable.
.

The bad stuff that comes along with "...umm-questionable" videos usually wreck your life, not your keyboard. :coffee:

Thanks for the feedback on this. I can always use an external keyboard or get this fixed, but what's weird is that when the problem keys stop responding (j, k, u, h), if I reboot the laptop, then they work again. If it's strictly a hardware issue, I don't see what rebooting makes them work again.
