If they let people tailgate for 12 hours in Foxboro, the lots would be full 12 hours prior to kickoff. The Terminals opens around 5 hours prior to, but that's as close as you'll get.

13 is impressive. Btw, I've got my first ever college game in November: Rutgers - Indiana. All my American friends tell me that college games have better atmosphere.
