The symbol that looks like a + is the Chinese 10, and the one that looks like a = is the Chinese 2.

That and there was the whole Patriots/Seahawks game that was supposed to be played in China at the start of the 2007 preseason that got scrapped before it happened for reasons I don't remember. I'd be curious to see someone that actually BOUGHT that thing...

Maybe they add the numbers based on orders?

The one's on the shoulders look natural.

Yeah I'm not saying its not photoshopped, Just saying it isn't some random image found on the "internets"
